2018 General Manager Symposium
Salt Lake City, Utah (December 5, 2018) This week, 4Life general managers from around the world arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah, for the company’s 2018 General Manager Symposium.

With more than 750 years of combined experience in direct selling, 4Life executives, international vice presidents, general managers, and 4Life support staff members strategized ways to enhance brand equity and support distributor activity.

The event included budget meetings, strategy sessions, a year in review from President and CEO Danny Lee, and operational insights from Senior Vice President of International Jeffrey Kalinin. Team building activities included Top Golf, dinner at the home of 4Life Founders, David and Bianca Lisonbee, and a night at Hale Center Theatre for A Christmas Carol.

The group focused on challenges to overcome in 2019, and how to more effectively support distributors who are actively selling products to customers and sharing the opportunity with potential business builders.

Lee: “This year has included the best sales month in company history, our international convention here in Salt Lake City, the company’s first-ever Latin America Convention in Mexico City, and our foray into the China market.”

General managers attended from India to Colombia and Hong Kong to New Zealand. Other executives onsite included Founders David and Bianca Lisonbee, Vice Chairman of the Board Steve Tew, Chief Financial Officer Mark Ostler, Chief Scientific Officer Dr. David Vollmer, Chief Information Officer Andy Weeks, and Senior Vice Presidents Trent Tenney, Nate Buhler, and Brian Gill.

Founder and Chairman of the Board David Lisonbee: “Most people want to contribute in a positive way and participate in something that is greater than themselves. It’s our responsibility to provide them with that experience. We do so through communication, relationships, and personal engagement.”

4Life has offices in 24 markets to serve a global network of independent distributors and their customers.
